A great tool

I keep one in my gym and one at the office. Easy to pack for travel. I find the length and flex of this stick great for work around the lower quad, anterior tib, calf muscles, and posterior neck. I use during and after squat and deadlift training sessions. Highly recommend.

Perfect Size

I have the longer Blue Stick, but I travel for work and it is not easy to put into my carry-on. The Green unit is perfect. I use it all of the time. Even though it is short, I can hit all of the same muscle groups. It also helps that my favorite color is green : )
